Masjid Al Haram is the world's largest mosque. It is located in Mecca City and it surrounds the Kaaba, which is one of the holiest places in the Islamic region. The name actually means, "The Sacred Mosque" or "the Grand Mosque."

The Quba Mosque is the world's oldest mosque. The first stones of the mosque were set by Muhammad. history reports that Muhammad spent 20 nights straight praying in the mosque.

The Mad'in Saleh is Saudi Arabia's first UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is an archaeological site featuring relics from the Nabatean Kingdom.
