Known to be the monument that is a product of love, Taj Mahal is a prime attraction in the city of Agra and is also the most popular tourist spot in India. It has been constructed with the use of white marble. The Taj Mahal is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The Virupaksha Temple in Hampi is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This temple is a form of Shiva. Vijayanagara Temple is the main center of pilgrimage at Hami and is considered the most sacred sanctuary.

Humayun's Tomb is also known as Humayun's Mausoleum. It was the first garden-tomb on the Indian subcontinent. The tomb is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Constructed in 1572, the tomb reaches a height of 300 feet (42.5 m).

Nalanda was an ancient place of advance education. It served as a religious center for learning to 1197 AD. It encompasses an area that measures 488 by 244 meters.

The Khajuraho Group of Monuments are located in Khajuraho. Khajuraho has the largest collection of medieval Hindu and Jain temples which are most notable for their erotic nature. The temples are made of sandstone.

Meenakshi Amman Temple, also known as Meenakshi Sundareswarar Temple, is a historic Hindu temple. It is dedicated to Parvati and her consort. The tallest tower reaches a height of 170 feet (51.9 m).

Konark Sun Temple, also known as Black Pagoda, is a 13th century Sun Temple. It was built buy King Narasimhadeval in 1250. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a famous landmark for the country.

Pancha Ratna Temple was constructed by King Raghunath Singha. It features three arches on each of the four sides. Terracotta carvings cover the walls.
